The property features two en-suite bedrooms in the main house and two additional en-suite bedrooms in the detached casita. The open floor plan includes a bar with a separate ice machine, a billiards room, and a spacious kitchen. The family room is equipped with an 80-inch TV and a fireplace for cozy movie nights. Elevate your stay with a private dinner party hosted at our rental. A skilled chef will create a bespoke menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, perfect for a romantic evening or a celebratory gathering. For your convenience, the garage includes a 220V electric car plug. Please bring your own charger cable. Winter pool temperatures can range from 60-70 degrees. If you would like the pool heated, a fee of $100 per day applies. Your home will include an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry pods. Coffee filters, ground coffee, sugar packets, Equal, and Stevia packets are also provided. We offer pre-arrival grocery delivery and stocking for an additional fee.
